Board members from the WDBC went to Minneapolis to explore the opportunities of creating a SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT for WEST DULUTH similar to the Down Town Council. The WDBC could create shared services to make West Duluth an even nicer place to work and play. The group included board members from the West Duluth Business Club, the Lincoln Park business group, The LISC Foundation and Equilibrium 3.
