We are excited to announce that 2019 marks 40 YEARS of Spirit Valley Days!

What does this mean? It means we added a NEW logo, and we will be adding some new events to Spirit Valley Days that will be great for our community, area businesses, and draw people to West Duluth to experience what we have to offer and celebrate the anniversary! We are reaching out to businesses within the Spirit Valley area to help you reach more customers through sponsoring and also to help celebrate the community that you work in. If you’d like to have a table/booth at the Community Block party, please let us know. Sponsorship deadline (to have your logo on the marketing material) is June 7th!
WHAT’S HAPPENING!
· Parade
· Friday night Music
· Big Block Party (several blocks will be blocked off and we will have sidewalk sales, food, stuff for kids, Chalk art, vendors and music).
· Car show
· Disc Golf Scramble, and Quarry Park Ribbon Cutting (up at the disc golf course at Quarry Park, top of 59th).
· Family Yoga in Memorial Park
If you have a business on Grand between Central and 59th, you are welcome to spread your store out to the sidewalk on Saturday during the Big Block Party! You could do sidewalk sales, demonstrations, crafts or games for kids, and/or just have a tent set up with your marketing materials. The more fun you make it, the more people will stop by. It’s a great time to hand out coupons to use that day or that weekend. Let us know if you’d like to have a tent during the block party if your business is not in that area, and we can work out the details.
SUPPORT SPIRIT VALLEY DAYS BY SPONSORING
The financial support of community-minded businesses, large and small, make this event possible! Read through the details below and find a donation amount that works for you and will keep Spirit Valley Days growing and improving!
Any extra funds, after all expenses have been paid for the event, will go to Spirit Valley Youth Center. Many non profits in our area benefit from Spirit Valley days and are welcome to use it as a fundraiser.
· $2,000 – Main Partners: Partners will have their Logo (large) on all marketing material for Spirit Valley Days (posters, fliers, banners, signs), on the Spirit Valley Days website, mention and acknowledgement on our Facebook page, and a Free vendor table at the Big Block Party (let us know if you are interested in this!).
· $1,200 – Sponsors: Sponsors will have a medium sized logo on all Spirit Valley Days Marketing Material, and a mention on our FB Page, and a small vendors space at the Big Block Party (let us know if you want to have a space!).
· $600 – Large Supporter: Supporter will get a group mention on our FB page, A FREE spirit Valley Days Support window decal, Small logo on the marketing material and the option for a Vendor space at the Big Block Party.
· $300 – Small Supporter: Business name on marketing material, group mention on our FB page, Free Spirit Valley Days “supporter” window cling.
· $150 – Donation: Free Spirit Valley Days “supporter” window cling
